Only the owner of an apartment who owns real estate in a particular house has the right to request such information.  To obtain information about the total amount of debt of the house, the owner of the apartment or his authorized person must write an application.  An application signed with a secure electronic signature can be submitted by sending an email to [email protected]. The handwritten application must be sent by mail or submitted on the spot, bringing it to the office on Dēļu street 5 in Riga or on Dubultu prospekts 3 in Jurmala.
