Aija Kuklina started her career at Civinity in 2014. Initially, Aija worked as a technical secretary, she was making reports, monthly deeds and performing other job-related duties.

Like the other employees, Aija got to know the company and improved herself, so she got into a new position, which was the exact opposite of what she had done so far. 

Having decided to take on a new life challenge, in 2018 she became a sales specialist, which made her daily work much more dynamic. Nowadays, every day is a challenge, because Aija’s responsibilities includes meeting with existing customers, preparing price offers, as well as attracting new customers, which is very important part of the company for its development and growth. Aija really likes her job, and she approaches each nuance of her work with care and enthusiasm, so it is no wonder that she has twice received the “Golden Colleague” nomination, which proves how much her work is valued by other employees.
