The 55 000 square metre office building complex „Business Garden Vilnius“ project was launched in mid-2019.
Civinity Engineering has assembled a team of 160 employees to achieve the project’s objectives. The installation of the heating, ventilation, air cooling, sewage, plumbing and automatic fire extinguishing systems was carried out using products from the most renowned equipment manufacturers. The installed systems are integrated into the central building management system, which allows to control the indoor microclimate and maintain a comfortable temperature in different areas of the building. During the installation of the systems, particular means have been used to reduce the energy consumption of the building.
The project has been finalised in 2021, successfully meeting highest client requirements for materials, quality, and workmanship. The Civinity Engineering team is also involved in adapting facilities to specific tenant requirement. Our relationship with Vastint Group continues internationally, with ongoing development project in London, United Kingdom.
