Civinity Solutions to support Palanga Concert Hall

Civinity, one of the largest residential and commercial facility management providers in the Baltic States, has announced that its subsidiary Pastatų meistrai, operating under the Civinity Solutions brand, will provide FM services to Palanga Concert Hall.

Opened in 2015, almost 5,000 sq. m. multifunctional Palanga Concert Hall hosts approx. a hundred cultural and commercial events all year round and can welcome up to 3000 visitors per event.

Pastatų meistrai will be responsible for regular maintenance and emergency servicing of Palanga Concert Hall‘s engineering, electricity and water supply, heating and other systems. The company will also provide both external and internal property cleaning services.

Smooth operation of all systems is crucial not only to the client, but also to all residents and guests of Palanga. Thus we will make all the efforts to ensure that the concert hall‘s infrastructure is always in proper shape,“ shared Rimvydas Ramanauskas, CEO at Civinity.

According to R. Ramanauskas, while Civinity is already a leading commercial property manager in Latvia, the company actively develops its presence in Lithuanian commercial facility market by steadily increasing the number of commercial properties under its supervision.

Besides the newly added Palanga Concert Hall, Civinity’s subsidiary Pastatų meistrai also supports various public and commercial properties in Lithuania’s third largest city Klaipeda, including indoor arena Švyturio arena, Klaipeda swimming pool, as well as Saturnas and Vaiva shopping malls.
